Craig has made an incredible difference in improving our home! No job is too small or too difficult for him. He worked hard to install a new kitchen floor and took meticulous care to ensure the shower tile was perfectly laid. Craig is great at communicating, is detail-oriented, has extensive knowledge of residential building codes, and consistently strives to make every project look perfect. I would absolutely recommend him and hire him again without hesitation!

I recently used Rapid Repairs for a repair to the vinyl siding on the outside of my house, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Very pleased with Will at Rapid Repairs. Our regular handyman couldn't do this job due to a recent injury. Eric from Rapid Repairs came to my Towne Home in Charleston, SC immediately after calling RR and assess the damage from unusual ice storm which resulted in ice falling from roof and damaging porch railing. I live in Atlanta so all communication was done by text and photos. He gave me quote, I accepted and repair was done same day. Very efficient and reasonably priced.

Super Duper! We had a job that required a bit more knowledge and ability than we had. Craig came when called. Did the job right. Customer service was great. Took the time to listen to concerns and explained his intended work. At the end, all was better than anticipated. Will use him again.
